Neon Circuit Untangle is an offline-first single-player puzzle game. The current app does not require a user account and does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social-login services, cloud leaderboards, or a developer-operated gameplay backend.

The app itself does not request the Android Internet permission and does not transmit gameplay information to a server operated by EVOLVED LLC.

To provide gameplay progression and remember your preferences, Neon Circuit Untangle stores limited game data locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences.

This local data may include:

• Unlocked level progress
• Star ratings
• Coin balance
• Booster counts
• Unlocked cable skins
• Selected cable skin
• Total solved circuits
• Daily-circuit completion state
• Sound preference
• Haptic preference

This information is used only to provide and restore the game experience on your device.

The current app does not ask you to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal or sensitive user data such as:

• Name
• Email address entered through gameplay
• Phone number
• Postal address
• Precise location
• Contacts
• Photos or videos
• Camera content
• Microphone recordings
• Account credentials
• Payment information
• Personal profile information

The support email listed in this Privacy Policy is provided so users can contact EVOLVED LLC. If you voluntarily send an email to us, the information you include in that email will be received and used only as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide support, or address a related request.

The current app does not include advertising, analytics, social-login, cloud-sync, or third-party tracking SDKs.

EVOLVED LLC does not sell gameplay data or personal information collected through the game.

Locally stored gameplay data is not intentionally shared by the app with advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

Android operating-system backup or device-transfer features may include local application data when those features are enabled by the user, device manufacturer, or operating system. Such platform-level backup or transfer is controlled by the applicable Android or device settings and is not a developer-operated gameplay service.

The current Android manifest requests vibration access so the app can provide optional haptic feedback during gameplay.

Haptic feedback can be turned off in the app settings.

The current build does not request the Android Internet permission and does not request access to precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or shared-storage files.

Sound effects used by the game are bundled with the application.

Local gameplay and preference data is used to:

• Save and restore game progress
• Remember completed and unlocked levels
• Store star ratings and coin balances
• Maintain booster and skin selections
• Remember sound and haptic preferences
• Track local daily-circuit completion
• Display locally calculated gameplay statistics

The current build does not use this data for advertising, cross-app tracking, profiling, or personalized marketing.

Local game data remains on the device until it is reset or removed.

Depending on the data involved, it may be removed when you:

• Use Settings > Reset All Progress
• Clear the app's storage/data through Android system settings
• Uninstall the application

Android backup or restore features may restore some app data if those platform features are enabled.

Neon Circuit Untangle does not create or maintain user accounts.

Because there is no app account or developer-operated cloud profile in the current build, there is no online account data to delete.

Users can delete locally stored app data by using the in-app Reset All Progress option where applicable, clearing the app's storage/data through Android settings, or uninstalling the app.

If you contact EVOLVED LLC by email and want us to delete information contained in a support correspondence that we still retain, you may send a request to [email protected]. We will handle applicable requests consistent with legal and operational requirements.

EVOLVED LLC limits data exposure in the current build by keeping gameplay data local and by not operating a gameplay backend for this release.

The app does not transmit locally stored gameplay data to EVOLVED LLC.

No method of local device storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The security of locally stored information also depends on Android operating-system protections, device security settings, and user-controlled backup features.

The current build does not intentionally request or collect personal information from children through user accounts, advertising, analytics, social features, or developer-operated servers.

If a parent or guardian contacts EVOLVED LLC regarding information submitted through a support email, they may contact us at [email protected].

The current game build does not integrate advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social-network login services, cloud gameplay APIs, or third-party tracking services.

If a future version introduces any such service, this Privacy Policy and the app's Google Play Data safety disclosures should be updated before that version is distributed.

EVOLVED LLC intends the disclosures in this Privacy Policy to remain consistent with the current app build and the information submitted in the Google Play Data safety section.

The publisher is responsible for updating both the Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety form if the app's permissions, SDKs, features, data practices, or release configuration change.

EVOLVED LLC may update this Privacy Policy when the app's features, permissions, services, legal requirements, or data practices change.

If a future release adds Internet-based features, accounts, advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, new SDKs, or new categories of data handling, this Privacy Policy should be revised before that release is made available.
